we'll just ask for some basic info about you/your business, like the name of the person filling out the form, your business's name, your email, and your phone number.

we'll ask you to read and sign our Sponsorship Agreement, and then we can get to the good stuff.

finally, the moment you've been waiting for!

here's where you get to do the most important step: send us your ad! you also get to tell us a little bit more about yourself/your business and upload your logo.
last step:
payment

at the very end of the form, you'll see a screen that says, "last step!" and shows the cost of your plan below it. all you have to do is click submit to be redirected to the payment page. once we receive everything we need, we'll start your giveaway and send you a confirmation email once it's live!
