DMCA Policy
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written "Takedown Notice" containing the following:
-
Physical or Electronic Signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
-
Identification of the Copyrighted Work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., link to your original work).
-
Identification of the Infringing Material on our site, including the specific URL where it is located.
-
Contact Information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
-
Good Faith Statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
Perjury Statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Notices that do not comply with the DMCA requirements may be rejected or may not be processed. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice including:
-
Your physical or electronic signature and contact information.
-
Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
-
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or the Northern District of California if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original notifier.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
